Shipping & Delivery

Free Shipping is available on all orders in the United States over $50 in value. The order will ship via Standard Shipping, which arrives in 4-8 business days.

Domestic Shipping (USA): CaliFlipFlops.com offers a variety of shipping options on all U.S. orders. We do not process orders on the weekend. Please note that all or part of your order may be shipped from the manufacturer and may require an additional 3 days processing time. Orders placed using an expedited shipping option (Next Day or Second Day Shipping) may be contacted if the order will not ship out right away.

International Shipping: CaliFlipFlops.com offers international shipping by USPS Air Mail to most international countries. Typical transit time is between 6-10 days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks. In transit tracking is not provided for your package, we can only confirm delivery.

Calculating Your Order Cost in a Foreign Currency: All prices on our site are listed in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.  

Returns & Replacements

We charge a 15% restocking fee for returned items. CaliFlipFlops.com will provide a free exchange or issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs) for all non-clearance items received within 30 days of when the items were shipped, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. Items received after 30 days but within 60 days will qualify for store credit. For exchanges, you may still return the item within 30 days of when you received the exchanged item. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.

Returning an Order for Exchange or Refund

Please include a copy of your invoice or a note with your name and or order number / invoice number. Let us know if you would like to receive a refund or an exchange. If you are exchanging a product, please let us know what items you would like to exchange for. You may send returns to CaliFlipFlops.com without contacting us. If your exchange is urgent, please notify us by logging into your CaliFlipFlops.com account online or through our Contact page. You may also call us using our toll free number.

Clearance Items

We do not accept returns on clearance items unless the item is defective. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. All merchandise sold at a 30% or greater discount is considered a clearance sale.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.  

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Unless you are given an official quote in writing, you must place your order to lock in pricing.

Discount Coupons are occasionally offered to customers for various reasons including, but not limited to: store credits for returned items, CaliFlipFlops.com promotions, etc. When a discount coupon is offered, the terms of its use is explained in the offer. We do not offer any general discount coupons so please do not contact us to request a discount coupon.
